Rules For A Happy Life Wednesday, November 12, 2014 12:28 PM | 0 notes

Everyone deserves a happy life but happiness doesn't come easily. When you've a clear set of rules to live by then your life can be magical. Recently, I read a lot these kind of articles and truly inspired me actually. So I decided to create my own set of rules here.

Rule no. 1  : Do what you love

Life is too short, no replay and no rewind. Just do what you love and do it often. Do something that matters to you. Don't make yourself regret when you die.

Rule no. 2 : Travel often

Seriously travel can make you rich. (not your money but your life) Travelling can be the best way to rewarding yourself and it's always your life teacher. Like what people said, "When you travel you will never be the same again".  Explore the world while you're still able. So let's memory be your travel bag.

Rule no.3 : Laugh as much as you breath

I rarely laugh when I was in high school, hmm I can tell you that's a terrible feeling in the world. I feel tired and not enjoying things as much as other people. Sometimes, I'll get depressed when I feel I'm not the person I wanna be no matter how hard I try. I used to close myself in my room all the time, just to keep myself alone. That was the hardest time of my life.

And now, I've changed alotttt. I've started laughing more. Right now, I can laugh very harddd even thou it may be a small lil things. I'm happy to meet the brand new me.

Laugh as much as you can and play as much as you can.

Rule no. 4 : Learn to appreciate

Learn to appreciate your life, no one can live your life except you. Don't forget you're unique, no one can replace you. Appreciate what you have right now and believe in yourself, the moment when you believe yourself, you'll see that other people will treat you a different way.

Rule no.5 : Enjoy your life

Enjoy life. There's plenty of time to be dead. ~ Hans Christian Andersen

Slow it down and enjoy your life. I know that's hard to slow down when you've million things to do in your list. Just focus on what's really important to you and let go for the rest.

xoxo,
